Yes, there is a $3 plus tax processing fee per ticket purchased for ICE!. There is a $9 plus tax processing fee per ticket for Cirque: Spirit of Christmas. Ticket Bundles that include ICE! and Cirque will have both processing fees included plus tax per ticket.
